Overview
The focus of this year's Summit is AI Tools for Healthcare Professionals and Beyond. We will cover various aspects of utilizing artificial intelligence in professional and personal settings. Participants will learn about different options for accessing AI tools and gain proficiency in common AI terminology. Additionally, the course will explore several practical applications of AI and other digital tools to streamline everyday tasks, helping learners save time and energy both at work and at home.

This workshop is intended for Stanford Healthcare and registration is free. 


Conference Location
:  Assembly Hall, 500 Pasteur Drive.  The Clinical Excellence Summit will take place from 2:00-4:30pm and then please join us for a happy hour immediately after.

At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. List three options for accessing AI tools for professional and personal use and demonstrate facility with common AI terminology
  2. Describe how AI can assist with clinical documentation and communication within Epic
  3. Describe and use Dax AI scribe to compose accurate and usable clinical encounter notes
  4. Identify 3 applications of AI and other digital tools that will allow learners to save time and energy in accomplishing everyday tasks at work &/or at home

In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
