Overview
The Restorative Justice (RJ) offers a path to prevent or respond to conflict/harm in a community while prioritizing a journey of healing, social support, and active accountability. Rooted in indigenous traditions, RJ can also prevent harm with Circles, which strengthen relationships and build community. Other RJ components respond to conflict by helping identify harms, needs, and solutions through an inclusive and collaborative decision-making process.

The RJ Overview is intended to be an **introductory** overview for either those who need a refresher, or for others who will use this session to build their RJ knowledge and skills. In the months following this Overview Webinar, Stanford CME will soon offer small group, immersive RJ learning and skills, via workshops led by experienced RJ facilitators.

Hosted and organized by: Stanford’s Restorative Justice Hub’s Learning and Development Team, represented by Sonoo Thadaney Israni, Magali Fassiotto, Allison Guerin.
