Very important to communicate effectively as there are many key collaborations, including pre-post procedure staff, NORA services, anesthesia, and scheduling. Another important factor to consider is prioritizing patients. COVID testing. Determine when and who to test. Determine what to do with results. What staffing resources are available and determine what levels of PPE are available?  Discussed staffing re-opening, clinical management, drug shortages, procedures for sterile and non-sterile sites. Other topics include: TEE, MRI, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, NEURO IR, ECT, Pediatric patients and Standard of care.
