ASD Conference December 2026: Identifying and Measuring Meaningful Outcomes in People with Neurodevelopmental Disorders across the Lifespan

The Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R) is a standardized sem-structured interview designed to aid in diagnostic assessment of autism spectrum disorder. This introductory training is appropriate for professionals with previous training in diagnostic assessment, as well as direct testing experience with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. The training provides extensive background on the ADI-R, including information regarding its appropriate usage, administration, scoring and interpretation, as well as limitations of the instrument. Furthermore, clinicians will learn how to use the ADI-R instrument in their own practice.

1. Describe current evidence on longitudinal outcomes in individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
2. Implement appropriate outcome measures to evaluate meaningful outcomes across the lifespan.
3. Apply evidence from longitudinal research and outcome measurement to inform individualized clinical decision-making and research design.

American Medical Association (AMA) 
Stanford Medicine designates this activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

American Psychological Association (APA) 
Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP Office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs. 

ASWB Approved Continuing Education Credit (ACE) – Social Work Credit 
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Stanford Medicine is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.
