Pediatric Otolaryngology Updates

The goal of this activity is to provide learners with current, evidence-based advances and best practices in pediatric otolaryngology. Through expert-led lectures and panel discussions, faculty will address a broad range of clinical topics, including hearing screening and management of hearing loss, foreign bodies of the ear, nose, and throat, airway disorders, sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, microtia, and pediatric head and neck masses. Additional topics will include the evaluation and management of epistaxis, ankyloglossia (tongue tie), and ear molding. The program is designed to enhance clinicians’ knowledge, diagnostic skills, and application of contemporary approaches to the care of pediatric patients with otolaryngologic conditions.

1. Identify the signs and symptoms of common pediatric otolaryngology diseases, including hearing loss, airway disorders, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, and head and neck masses.
2. Implement best practices for managing foreign bodies in the ears, nose, and throat.
3. Utilize effective strategies for the management of epistaxis and tongue tie.
4. Apply the latest treatment protocols for pediatric airway disorders, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders, and microtia.
5. Stay informed about the latest clinical advances and research developments in pediatric otolaryngology.

Self-paced Activities: No refunds will be made on cancellation requests after a learner accesses any part of the course content. Any cancellations refunded will less a 20% administrative fee.
