This webinar explores how the 4Ms Framework for Age-Friendly Care—What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility—can be adapted to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Participants will learn the core principles of the 4Ms, understand how these elements can support aging individuals with IDD, and gain practical strategies to apply this framework in clinical and everyday care settings.

  3. Identify practical ways to apply the 4Ms framework to enhance person-centered care for adults with IDD as they age.
