This session will explore advanced surgical techniques and decision-making strategies in rhinoplasty that address both aesthetic goals and functional nasal airflow, while also examining the complexities of different types of sinusitis and the role of surgery as a definitive treatment option within appropriate patient care pathways. The activity will highlight how structural and preservation approaches can be tailored to optimize form and function, including in complex and revision cases, and will emphasize evidence-based technique and thoughtful preoperative planning to improve surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
