Overview
This conference aims to increase knowledge and skills surrounding the applications, challenges, and advantages of the endoscopic endonasal approach to the skull base. The course content is designed to address the surgical anatomy of the skull base from the endonasal perspective and will provide learners with the skills needed to perform an endoscopic endonasal approach to the skull base. The course will consist of hands-on dissection using state-of-the-art endoscopic equipment, high-quality injected specimens, 3D surgical anatomy lectures, live surgery, and interactive breakout sessions with a faculty panel offering "bring your own case" discussion.

Team: $5,250 (1 specimen, 2 participants)

Individual: $3,150 (1 specimen, 1 participant)

Resident/Fellow (letter from program director required): $2,100

LECTURES ONLY:

Individual Physician: $1,050

Resident/Fellow Resident/Fellow (letter from program director required): $525

Registration includes the course program booklet, access to our surgical video-library and didactic material (www.skullbaseatlas.com), hands-on anatomic dissection, ICA injury simulation exercise, and course-related meals/social events.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Perform nasoseptal flap and endoscopic endonasal approach to the sellar region and anterior skull base.
  2. Develop new skills to complete an endoscopic endonasal transclival approach
  3. Perform endoscopic endonasal transpterygoid approach to middle cranial fossa
  4. Review the compartments of the cavernous sinus from endonasal approach
