In this recorded Cardiology Grand Rounds presentation, Dr. Daniel Clark discusses chronic aortic regurgitation. Dr. Clark begins his lecture with a brief review of the pathology and the natural history of aortic regurgitation, reviewing early mild, acute severe, chronic severe and decompensated regurgitation. He then moves on with a review of the ACC/AHA 2020 valve guidelines, novel CMR data. Then, Dr. Clark delves into precision medicine, implications by valve morphology, conotruncal defects,   
Dr. Clark concludes his lecture with discussing future directions of aortic regurgitation research and care.
