Stanford Medicine’s Office of Faculty Development and Diversity (OFDD) presents HEAL Talks: Strategies for Engaging in Health Equity Research. This quarterly series is designed for researchers who would like to learn more about health equity research. It will provide faculty with strategies to enhance research efforts and opportunities for collaboration in the health equity space.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Prepare researchers and community partners to form effective collaborations.
  2. Learn how to effectively engage community partners in health equity research.
  3. Learn techniques for scientific writing and health equity research.
  4. Incorporate community-based concepts into health equity research efforts.
