The prevalence of sports injuries has surged alongside the growing involvement of youth in sports and the heightened demands placed on them. As these injuries become more widespread, a rising number of adolescents are resorting to home remedies for self-care and injury management. We invite you to join us in this recorded lecture to examine the latest evidence on efficacy and appropriate use of home remedies for sports injuries.
