Empowered Relief Instructor Certification Workshop

The Empowered Relief Workshop provides healthcare professionals with the necessary tools and skills to implement Empowered Relief to patients at their respective health institutions. Empowered Relief is manualized, research-grade, and ready for immediate implementation into your clinic or research study. Participants will engage in active learning experiences including role-play, breakout discussion groups, and reflection. All certification workshops involve didactic content, a demonstration patient class, interaction with peers and faculty, and small group skills practice. Attendees finish the two-day event with foundational information and skills, and all treatment materials (background scientific articles, the Empowered Relief therapist manual, instructor slide deck, and all patient materials).

5. Recognize the effectiveness of binaural audio beats to facilitate learning and lower anesthetic requirement during surgery

Stanford Health Care Department of Rehabilitation is an approved provider for physical therapy and occupational therapy  for
courses that meet the requirements set forth by the respective California Boards. This course is approved for 11.00 hour(s) CEU for PT and OT.
