Performance psychology can help you make positive lifestyle choices that enhance your well-being and, when applied professionally, can enhance your productivity while unlocking the motivation to do better.

Gain practical strategies to rewire your mindset and optimize your overall performance in the Psychology for High Performance online micro course from the Stanford Center for Health Education (SCHE). In just two weeks, you’ll discover how small lifestyle changes in exercise, nutrition, and sleep can help you build durable performance. You’ll also develop the tools to enhance self-awareness and handle challenging thoughts and experiences. Guided by experts, you’ll put science-backed theory into practice by creating personalized, trackable goals and a lasting plan to maintain them.
