Managing COVID-19 Stress

This video will offer tips about managing the stress associated with COVID-19 and an opportunity for an open discussion and  Q&A. There are many stages of stress, and this session will focus on what they are, how they impact the learners, and what you can do to manage the impact of the stress you are feeling. The faculty will guide the learners through a meditation exercise to slow everything down, including the mind, the breath, emotions, etc. Specific information regarding the symptoms related to stress are provided, along with strategies for self-care. The moderator provides online tools to support ongoing self-care. Q&A is provided to engage the learners in the process for reducing stress and optimizing self-care.
