Telemedicine is a growing facet of the modern healthcare landscape, being used to remotely care for patients. This educational activity will demonstrate the physical exam over telehealth, and how to provide gentle corrective feedback to the patient to ensure it is done correctly. This video will focus on exams for the following common reasons for a doctor visit: 1. Upper Respiratory Infections 2. Low Back Pain 3. Shoulder Pain

1. Identify practical strategies that increase provider and patient comfort and communication during physical exam in the telemedicine environment.
2. Describe the components of a professional environment for a video visit and apply these principles in practice.
3. Describe the components of an effective exam and assess the limits of telemedicine and when to refer for higher level of care.
