Stanford Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Grand Rounds

Through case based discussions and didactic presentations, this series focuses on critically analyzing new diagnostics, clinical guidelines, current clinical trials, and new breakthrough research to improve the bedside practice of pulmonary and critical care medicine.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.00 hours), Non-Physician Participation Credit (1.00 hours)

1. Evaluate recent advances in diagnostics, clinical guidelines, clinical trials and breakthroughs in research in order to improve diagnostic skills and therapeutic clinical decision-making for patients in the intensive care unit and outpatient pulmonary settings.
2. Critically review and analyze cases to develop strategies that will improve patient safety.

In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
