THIS IS A HIPAA RESTRICTED, DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EVALUATION ONLY ACTIVITY.

The Heme-Onc/SCT Professional Practice Evaluation Committee (HOS PPEC) is designated by the Medical Executive Committee to conduct ongoing professional practice evaluations (PPE). The PPE process is perceived as a catalyst for learning and systems improvement, emphasizing growth rather than judgment or punitive measures. This series presents cases aimed at assessing continuous professional practice within the healthcare system to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the care system within the field of Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine.
