Internet Enduring Material sponsored by the Stanford University School of Medicine. Presented by the Department of Medicine at the Stanford University School of Medicine. 

This webinar discussed topics including, how vaccines have been more successful than antivirals for positive-strand RNA viruses. mutation frequencies and rates, structure of COVID-19 viral polymerase antibody response and assays for evaluating SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, coronaviruses and their antigens, antibody responses to endemic C0Vs, SARS and MERS.  The take away points are data from other CoVs suggests that antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 may decrease within 1-2 years, not sure if mildly ill or asymptomatic patients will produce neutralizing antibodies.  Also discussed is Operation Warp Speed, which is the administrations push to deliver 300 million doses of safe COVID-19 vaccine by January, 2021. It is an unprecedented challenge. Discussed key questions for COVID-19 vaccine development and challenges.
