Overview

As women approach menopause, they may experience symptoms that impact quality of life and dysregulation of body systems that impact long-term health. These recordings will equip providers to support patients through this transition and beyond. Stanford experts in women’s healthy aging will address hot flashes, sleep and mood changes, brain fog, sexual dysfunction, use of supplements, and long-term risks like osteoporosis, heart disease, and cancer, along with lifestyle strategies for health promotion.

  3. Counsel patients on effective behavioral and pharmacologic measures to promote healthy aging.
