This online training program is designed to equip healthcare educators and clinical leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to develop, implement, and refine simulation-based training and debriefing programs for practicing clinicians and trainees.

Participants will learn to design realistic, goal-driven scenarios, effectively incorporate embedded cues, conduct efficient, high-impact debriefings, and apply continuous improvement strategies to align simulation training with measurable clinical performance and patient outcomes.

ASWB Approved Continuing Education Credit (ACE) – Social Work Credit 
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Stanford Medicine is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) - Enduring Materials
