The LMICs Free Radiology Webinar Series launched in January 2025 as a collaboration between Stanford University School of Medicine and the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital to address educational gaps among radiology professionals in low- to middle-income countries across Africa. Running from March 31 to September 30, 2025, the series features nine lectures on a range of radiology topics, all delivered by Stanford faculty. Designed to be engaging and accessible, the series aims to enhance clinical knowledge, support professional development, and foster an international community of radiologists and medical professionals across the continent.

At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. List appropriate indications for Head CT and Brain MRI.
  2. Identify emergent findings on head CT and brain MRI.
  3. Compare and interpret brain MRI findings that correspond to common abnormalities observed on head CT scans
