Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners should be able to:

  1. Identify the clinical presentation and differential diagnosis of common knee conditions (ACL rupture, meniscus tear, patella dislocation, osteoarthritis, tendonitis)
  2. Recognize key differentiating aspects of the history, physical examination, and initial radiographic evaluation
  3. Review first line management of common knee conditions
  4. Discuss when to order advanced imaging studies and the indications for specialized care.
