The Fowler Advanced Heart Failure Conference, held weekly by the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, is a dynamic forum for discussing complex cases from both hospital and clinic settings. This conference brings together expert opinions from a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists with various subspecialties, cardiac surgeons, and cardiovascular radiologists. It features highly interactive discussions on live cases, directly influencing patient care through an evidence-based approach. This format not only enhances clinical decision-making but also serves as an invaluable educational resource for healthcare providers and trainees, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-rich environment.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.00 hours), ABIM MOC Part 2 (1.00 hours), Non-Physician Participation Credit (1.00 hours)

1. Demonstrate enhanced knowledge and application of up-to-date clinical guidelines in the management and treatment of heart failure patients.
2. Accurately diagnose complex heart failure cases by integrating insights gained from detailed case studies and evidence-based practices.
3. Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for heart failure patients.
