Claiming CME / Certificate of Attendance

 For those seeking continuing education credits or a certificate of attendance, please follow these steps after completing the Conference Evaluation. instructions to obtain a printable certificate will be provided upon evaluation completion.

1. Sign in using your email and password or create a new account
2. Go to MY CE, then click the Claim Credit tile
3. Enter the Activity ID 49520
4. Only claim credit for those sessions accredited for CME

After you have claimed credit, you will receive an email with your certificate of attendance for AI+HEALTH 2024.
