Pediatric Sports: Safe Return to Play Osgood, Sever's and other Apophysitis (Recording)

During this recorded session, participants will learn about the various apophyseal injuries that present in the pediatric population including Osgood Schlatter's and Sever's. Apophyseal injuries can occur in upper and lower extremities where there is a muscle or tendon attachment to an area of bone where a growth plate is located. It is typically caused by repetitive overuse injuries but it can also occur acutely. Participants will also learn about the various treatment options and the indications for further specialized care.
