HEAL Webinar: Asian Health Disparities

The Office of Faculty Development and Diversity is hosting a faculty webinar with the Health Equity Action Leadership (HEAL) Network and the Stanford Center for Continuing Medical Education (CME) to highlight efforts that explore and improve Asian health equity. You will hear from a health equity researcher about the intersection of Asian health equity, future directions, and her personal journey into this research. The event will feature a presentation and will be followed by a Q&A session.

1. Examine Asian health equity and how research can begin to address these inequities.
2. Increase awareness about research addressing Asian health disparities and why the speaker has chosen to focus her career in this space.
3. Highlight community engaged research addressing Asian health disparities.
