This activity is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered issues in Otolaryngology, Cardiology, Pain Management, and Urology, while providing pragmatic approaches to clinical management. Speakers will present and critically assess recent advancements and updates. The course will foster audience engagement through dynamic lectures and a question and answer session.

1. Discuss the physical examination and initial recommended workup for low back pain.
2. Describe the initial evaluation and management of hydronephrosis.
3. Review safety and efficacy of current and upcoming novel lipid lowering therapies.
4. Evaluate the current treatments for chronic sinusitis
5. Identify underlying causes of multifactorial nasal airway obstruction.
