Overview

This course is designed to provide the primary care provider with an update on some of the latest information and hot topics in Orthopaedic Surgery. Topics to be discussed include Management of Common Hand Conditions, Patient Optimization Prior to Total Joint Arthroplasty, the latest thoughts and data on management of Achilles Tendon Ruptures, the newest information on Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and an overview of one of the fastest growing areas in Orthopaedics - evaluation and management of non-arthritic hip pain. These talks, with time for questions and interaction, will be provided by experienced surgeons from the Stanford Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.
