Overview
The Stanford Bay Area Heart Transplant Conclave will be an inaugural program hosted by Stanford University, designed to share innovation by internationally recognized experts in heart transplantation to improve cross-center collaboration, experience sharing, and innovation.

Registration

Registration fees includes course materials, breakfast, and lunch.

Physicians - $50
Nurses/AHPs - $50
Industry - $100

STAP-eligible employees can use STAP funds towards the registration fees for this activity.  Complete the STAP Reimbursement Request Form and submit to your department administrator.
