Stanford Bay Area Heart Transplant Conclave

The Stanford Bay Area Heart Transplant Conclave will be an inaugural program hosted by Stanford University, designed to share innovation by internationally recognized experts in heart transplantation to improve cross-center collaboration, experience sharing, and innovation.

Registration fees includes course materials, breakfast, and lunch.

Registration Fees:

Physicians - $50
Nurses/AHPs - $50
Industry - $100

STAP-eligible employees can use STAP funds towards the registration fees for this activity.  Complete the STAP Reimbursement Request Form and submit to your department administrator. 

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (7.00 hours), Non-Physician Participation Credit (7.00 hours)

1. Integrate new data and techniques in the management of patients after cardiac transplantation
2. Discuss how recent changes to the heart allocation system impact post-transplant management
3. Develop strategies to standardize the approach to long-term cardiac transplant graft surveillance

In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
