Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Implement strategies and techniques to ensure their patients receive equal priority and the highest level of care.
  2. Support community health improvement through upstream (social determinants of health) and downstream (health condition) interventions.
  3. Examine inequities and service disparities among patient demographic factors.

Accreditation
In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
