The Stanford San Francisco Heart Transplant Summit is designed to share innovation by internationally recognized experts in heart transplantation to improve cross-center collaboration, experience sharing, and innovation.

Registration fees includes course materials, breakfast, and lunch.

Registration Fees:

Physicians - $50
Nurses/AHPs - $50
Industry - $100

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (6.50 hours), Non-Physician Participation Credit (6.50 hours)

1. Integrate new data and technologies in the management of patients after heart transplantation
2. Develop strategies to standardize the approach to long-term graft surveillance
3. Identify gaps in knowledge and clinical practice that would benefit from further research and collaboration

In support of improving patient care, Stanford Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Credit Designation 
American Medical Association (AMA) 
Stanford Medicine designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  

Cancellation Policy
Live Activities: Cancellations received in writing no less than 20 days before the course will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected].

Exhibitors/Sponsors and Stanford CME agree to abide by the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, Stanford Medicine Industry Interactions Policy and Stanford CME Promotional Support Policy. Any actions that are not in accordance with the above stated policies may result in the removal of the exhibit/sponsor company and its representatives from the conference site, in which case no refund of exhibit/sponsor fees will be allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be issued for exhibit cancellations as space would have been procured in anticipation of your participation.

The exhibitor acknowledges that conducting marketing or promotional activities in any conference area except for their assigned exhibit space is prohibited. Commercial interests may not engage in sales, promotional activities, or distribute product-specific advertisements while in the designated location of the CE activity. CE activity space includes, but is not limited to, lecture halls, break out rooms, and laboratory areas.
