Overview
The Innovative Health Care Leader program provides participants will the opportunity to learn new models and tools to survive and thrive in the complex and chaotic world of healthcare.  Participants will: 1) Find creative solutions to health care challenges with hands-on design thinking sessions, 2) Develop personal leadership skills that inspire innovation in teams and across organizations, 3) Learn about the key challenges facing health care organizations — from improving the patient-physician relationship to using big data ethically to measuring clinical outcomes. With guest speakers, case studies, and a professional network of thought leaders, this program will give you the tools, skills and mindset to tackle uncertainty and drive change. This extraordinary one-week program is a groundbreaking academic partnership between Stanford GSB and Stanford School of Medicine.
