Overview
In this half-day symposium, both in-person and live-streamed via Zoom, physicians from various specialties and thought leaders from across the country will explore innovative ways to approach environmentally sustainable healthcare practices. The symposium will cover a range of topics, including using the electronic health record (EHR) to promote sustainable practices, reducing the environmental impact of anesthesia and surgery, environmentally friendly inhaler initiatives, and reducing the use of plastics in healthcare. The plenary session will explore value-based care and health care sustainability.
